2.3 Eco-Friendly Products

Items marked as eco-friendly in our collections are final sale and cannot be returned due to their sustainable nature.

3. Orders and Payments

• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These are not included in the product or shipping costs.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items if:

• Items are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
• Original packaging with all accessories is included
