The upgraded Shearwater Petrel 3 is a stunning advanced dive computer for any type of diving mission. Named after a pelagic family of birds with exceptional navigational skills, the Petrel 3 is packed with a fantastic array of diving functions. 

The Shearwater Petrel 3 features a stunning, easy-to-read 2.6″ (6.60cm) AMOLED display with an impact-resistant aluminosilicate glass lens, titanium bezel and piezo touch buttons.  The screen must be one of the largest in the class and super easy to read even in low visibility conditions. 

 

The new Shearwater Petrel 3 supports gauge, air, nitrox, and trimix in open and closed circuits, and a strong vibration alarm has been introduced as a  valuable safety feature for recreational, technical and technical closed circuit diving. This impressive advanced computer for a demanding diver also features a 3D tilt-compensated compass, user-changeable AA battery and Smart-ready Bluetooth® wireless technology for communication with PC, Mac, iPod and iPad. The Petrel 3 can support up to 5 dive gases and offers optional air integration via Shearwater Swift Transmitter. 

Shearwater Petrel 3 is available in standalone or rebreather monitoring models, including DiveCAN, 4-pin AK, and Fischer port connections.
