Fourth Element REC Fins

The Fourth Element’s Recreational Fin is here, and we think it is fantastic. These exceptionally fine-looking fins are designed and inspired by traditional channel blade fins offering balanced power and flexibility for any diving conditions – wreck, drift, boat, shore diving in cold and warm waters. A matching silicone fin strap will ensure that the fin stays on your foot even in the most demanding circumstances. Unlike the Tec fin, this Fourth Element Recreational Fin is made from lighter materials and, therefore, may be more suitable for a travelling diver. The Rec Fin is offered in two double colour patterns: black/grey and aqua/white.

Fourth Element REC Fin is Ocean Positive and better for the environment.

The Fourth Element pledges to continue with its plans to reduce our impact on the planet. The new Fourth Element Rec Fin is made of recycled plastic and does not contain any single-use plastic. It is the unique combination of materials that makes this fin special and Ocean Positive. The plastic derives from 100% reclaimed post-consumer waste polypropylene, and the rubber is made with recycled TPR. Using materials in this way prevents plastic from being sent to landfills or ending up as waste in the ocean as part of the Fourth Element’s mission to become OceanPositive. 

The Fourth Element aims to increase recycled materials to reach a zero net plastic status, using more plastic waste than virgin sources and exploring more sustainable options. Fourth Element also targets zero net carbon by 2030 and contributes to projects designed to protect the ocean environment, which we love and on which we all depend.
