Designed to make deploying your delayed SMB easy, the 60m Apeks Lifeline Ascend is one of the best reels available. It can quickly be configured to be used both left or right-handed and is simple and smooth to operate, even if you’re wearing thick gloves thanks to the rubber handle.

To keep the reel and SMB secure the Ascend features an integrated attachment point to secure the SMB to the reel and stainless-steel attachment points to anchor the reel back to a D-ring or pocket anchor point.
